I bought this a couple weeks ago, i fitted and remove the chain device lots because it is not fitting right? The chain is rubbing on the bottom slider and the chain is loose. The instruction mention something about the BB but just pictures no words.

Any help is great cheers!

Answer: 
If the frame has ISCG tabs then removing the bottom bracket should not be required.

From the photographs supplied it does appear that the angle of the guide may not be high enough; but this can be down to frame geometry individuality.
