Lighter than the DH but wider and stiffer than the SL, the XC is a great do-everything carbon riser Easton has been manufacturing state-of-the-art handlebars for nearly a quarter of a century —for both bicycles and motorcycles.
Easton MTB bars are demanded by world-class athletes who rely on their legendary strength and dependability.
A carbon nanotube is a structure one billionth of a meter in diameter. Because of their size, surface area, geometry and purity, carbon nanotubes are magnitudes stronger than the long-length solid fibers and metals used in manufacturing today.

A great bar that is well manufactured, light and inspires confidence. I have this fitted as an upgrade on my Orange 5 pro, liked the feel so much, I fitted the same to my P7. Well worth the money. I have the bars coupled to a Thomson 80 mm stem..... A great set up which works for me. Careful if you're tightening clamp bolts and make sure your lock ons are tight as you can damage the carbon through scoring.... Be warned

good wide bar 685mm for larger size riders (also could be trimmed down if you require 660mm wide)
very light, actual weight was 165g
super stiff for precise control of your front wheel
this nanotube carbon is awesome stuff, when are they going to use it to make other parts like stem, cranks etc....

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Awesome Bar
Been using this bar on my trail bike for 3 years now & it does everything expected. Teamed up with silicone grips it feels really comfortable & soaks up heaps of trail chatter compared to an alloy bar (Multiple 100km races are testament to this). There is very little noticeable flex & the bar is ample strong as I have proven time & again. High speed downhill crashes, jumps, 3 foot rock drops & rocky technical terrain have not phased this bar. Oh, & it is light!

Very happy with these bars. Upgraded from 670mm stock alu bars I wanted something slightly wider to remove the twitchiness.
These are very well made; doesn't have a regular carbon weave pattern but you can see there are folds of large carbon layers throughout, it's like a holographic effect. very unique and is meant to be much stronger.
Have gone through some very gnarly rock gardens, super D and XC races and no problems or issues with trust. They provide a slight dampening effect which I noticed from the first ride but are otherwise very stiff when steering.
