By this point most performance downhillers understand the virtues of wide handlebars (increased stability, more control and less fatigue). But they often trade strength and stiffness for the increase in width. With the Havoc 35 series handlebars, riders no longer need to compromise. The Havoc 35 Aluminum handlebar is a full 800 millimeters wide and is second only to its carbon counterpart in terms of strength and stiffness. And thanks in part to EA90 aluminum, TaperWall™ butting, and Easton’s legendary cold-working process, the Havoc 35 Aluminium is among the lightest aluminium DH bars on the market.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ozziejosh Light and stiff
I've been running these bars cut down to 760mm mounted to the Easton direct mount stem.
I felt comfortable with the angles on these bars straight away, and I personally havnt noticed any con's with the stiffer setup. It's all good!
After 3 months use i've had a few crashes on these now and they've held up strong. The green anodising is still looking bright and lairy, but the black detailing is now showing wear.
These bars in green are a definate a head turner.
