Rated 5 out of 5 by gaz1293 superb entry level light
I've read other reviews people have written about how hard these lights are to fit. The instructions are more or less none existant but it's not mastermind. Lights arrived in a very nice box, the battery was pre-charged and I had them fitted and running in no more than 3 minutes. Love the choice of fitting bands (red for road, black for trail. In 2 sizes for standard or oversize bars). Build quality is amazing considering the price, you even get a euro plug adapter so you can charge them on holiday.
Lights are plenty bright enough for commuting in any conditions or for gentle trail riding. Also the whole package is unbelievably small so takes up next to no handlebar/frame space. These lights definately give lights £100 or so more expensive a run for their money!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous Incorrect fitting Instructions
This review is for the entire set (including battery and charger etc) which includes these head units.
The fitting instructions on the box are incorrect. The diagrams provided bear no resemblance to how the lights are designed to be fitted to the bars. After months of trying and failing I was on the verge of giving up when I contacted CRC who, to their immense credit spent time themselves working out how it should be done. Both they and I eventually came up with the same solution, which has allowed the units to be fixed to the bars and remain stable. However, Electron?? As a manufacturer you have completed and utterly failed in providing customers what they needed to use these lights: correct instructions for fitting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous I bought the Electron Terra 2 Front Lights and still use these today on my older bike. I decided to purchase the newer version, the selling point was they where brighter and after because my original purchased one worked so well i thought why not. They arrived in a plastic bag, no instructions, no anything apart from the lights and some elastic bands. You need to be a physicist to work out how to attach them to your handle bars, and after scrolling the internet two of us eventually figured out how to attach them with the red and black elastic band, to discover the next morning the band had snapped, I hadn't even got to use them. Needles to say, they are off the bike now sat in the corner of my shed waiting until they bring out a decent fitting kit like the version ones
