Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lite and does exactly what I wanted I wanted something that would be cool enough to ride uphill instead of my jacket and yet it had to kept my chest warm on the decents. The gilet is a generous fit which help cooling an has a mess back panel . I like that it has a high collar for the chilly days out on the trail. It's not water proof but as a wind breaker it's fine . It's had a extended tail which is great for keep mud of your shorts .. 25 September 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Budget Gilet got this for 14 pounds few weeks ago read some reviews , took a punt well worth the money cant go wrong ideal for commute to work .size a bit on the big size ,medium more like large .zip does get caught sometimes but tou get what you pay for . good budget gilet. 12 September 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Calidad precio Muy buena relación calidad precio, definitivamente recomendado 01 September 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit for purpose Excellent for purpose purchased. Top quality and awesome features 28 August 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by High Collar Really pleased when the gilet arrived. Undecided about which size to choose M or L so ordered both. The M size fits me fine in the body (41" chest, 35" waist) but the high collar was a bit too restrictive. The L just felt too big in the body a bit more comfy in the neck. My advice is to buy a size down for wearing over a jersey or normal size for over a jacket. Bit to heavy for Spring/Summer wear but should be fine for the colder days and really not packable into your rear jersey pocket.. I have around 6 gilets from years of cycling and would say the Altura is the smartest one, but the neck is far too high. Alas, reluctantly I will have to do a return to CRC. 26 August 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good and cheap Got it with discount, good for windy rides when weather starts to get colder 19 August 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Light weight, well vented Basic gilet. Not particularly wind proof. Mesh back. Sizing is much larger than the Italian brands, I have a large Castelli gilet, a small in this would be comparable. 06 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by недорого, практично. 05 August 2014

Answer:
Looking through some of the reviews people have suggested to go down in size. So if you are a medium a small might be the better fit of the two.

Answer:
Size M if you want a relaxed fit but I tried on a size M ( I normally take L in human size) and it fits me fine (snug) I'm 80 kg and 177 cm tall with a 104 cm chest. I would advise a size M for you because the high collar could be a tight fit if you choose S.

Answer:
This gilet is slightly longer at the back there is nothing to stop someone from using it for running as well.
I know as I use some cycling tops for running myself.

Answer:
It has a cycling cut, little longer in the back. I use it mostly for running and it's great, it often makes it onto bike rides too as it fits nicely into a jersey pocket.
