Rated 5 out of 5 by Value for Money Two thumbs up! Thanks CRC for the price drop. Item is a little scratched and the lacquer is slightly uneven. But these are cosmetic and will be covered by the bar tape so no worries. 17 August 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 使いやすいカーボンハンドル オーソドックスなエルゴタイプのドロップハンドルですが、軽くて使いやすいです。振動もよく吸収してくれている気がします 17 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stiff light and great looking I bought this for my cyclocross bike that i had been building up. At 400mm this bar is stiff over the bumps and stiff when you need to pull down for those up hills. Being that this is my first carbon bar i was also blown away by the weight. The clearance price helped a bit in the choosing of this bar as well 14 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect addition to any road bike Bought to finish off the rest of my carbon finishing kit, the flare in the drops allow for a comfortable ride on the drops. 05 February 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by bought it twice!! excellent handlebar. the first was stollen with my bike. the second i will install it as soon as it arrives... it is not stiff but it gives you the sence of rigidity. excellent choise for 100euros (+/-) 24 November 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Total Bargain A GREAT Product This bar is fantastic. Flexible? Well yea, it's carbon! Light? Oh yea, SUPER-LIGHT! Comfortable? Uncompromisingly so. Affordable? At $139 AU this is an unmissable carbon bar! Shipping? Will I shout it out loud? FREE! Great work CRC - you make our local bike shops look GREEDY. 09 November 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by excelente comprei o , quando estava a 100 euros, full carbono , dos melhores negocios que fiz ate hoje, comprei sem olhar para tras, muito leve e rijido, aconselho 18 August 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very light bars I bought the 40cm handlebars when they got reduced to £80, an absolute bargain. The 40cm weigh in at 185g, my old bog standard bars came in at 450g! Massive savings in both weight and cost of the bars Easy to change yourself and great that most bar tape is reusable. Re-tapping took a few goes for me and a good video to help along the way. 06 August 2013

Answer:
3k means 3000 filament UD means Unidirectional carbon weaving.

Lightweight frames and components especially the road ones may not have cosmetic resin layers as such [glossy coloured or clear over-layer].

If you are asking which is the better theres a lot more to it than 3k or UD.

Often the 'weight' of the carbon is indicative of its rigidity and strength but even this needs to be carefully considered as mere weight may not be equal to strength or rigidity. Consider the modern frames with combined lightness and rigidity.
On products of this nature it is best to research the manufacturer's information before finally buying.

I have this bar in the UD iteration and it is a super-light and comparatively stiff bar. Unless you are heaving on the bar you may not even notice that. Carbon tends to reduce road vibration too; an added bonus. You may also want to look into whether or not you want a 'compact' or 'shallow' bar rather than a 'traditional' bar.

CRC's price on this bar is excellent.

Hope this helps.

Answer:
3K and UD are simply some of the different weaves of carbon; the direction in which the carbon is layered. 3K is layered over itself at 90 degrees to create a small checkerboard pattern, while UD is all layered in the same direction, leaving a solid black finish.
