Rated 5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by wrong measures listed in the product features panel. They do not fit to a 24mm spindle crankset but they are made for a spindle with a 28,3mm diameter. It's not a "24T" so it can't fit to a crankset with a spindle of 24mm in diameter. Useless for me. I did a mistake, wrong purchase. 20 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This bottom bracket is well suited for the 30 millimeter diameter crank axle. I was pleasantly surprised how easy I was able to install this product. There is minimal preparatory work before installing. This product is of great quality for its price. I enjoy the qualities of ceramic bearings in terms of its edge in hardness and durability. Ceramic bearings are very durable (will not deform, flat-spot, or crack) and minimize the chance failure caused by heat that is naturally generate by friction. An added bonus is the claim that ceramic bearings will clean the bearing race with use, making it faster as time goes by! Here is to wishful thinking :-) 09 September 2013

Answer:
No, the Mega-Exo is the FSA 24mm spindle system; this BB386EVO system is based on and uses the same 30mm spindle as the BB30 systems, so will be too large to run a standard Mega-Exo crank. It requires a specific BB386EVO crank.
