Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great upgrade for my Scott Voltage fr20 My Scott Voltage fr20 came with the Orbit E caged bearing version and this was exactly the same but with sealed bearings. Have been using FSA sealed bearing headsets for years and never had one go wrong yet! 01 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent product Got this as a replacement for the standard "open cage" bearing headset that came on my scott voltage and couldnt be happier. It sits inside the 1.5" headtube nicely leaving you the option of fitting forks with a shorter 1 1/8" steerer tube than with external headsets. It also makes the job of swopping forks over a lot easier since the split crown race is a lot easier to remove than the solid one you get with open cage bearing headsets. Had this fitted now for 6 months, from downhilling in the Alps to muddy bogs over here its all good. And at this price you can't go wrong! 18 December 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fits n functions perfectly good design, meets my requirement.lowered my front end by using this..Survived wet n muddy DH race w/o any problems afterwards..great buy. 14 December 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by less than half the price of equivalant products on the market. incredibly low stack height and has sealed bearings so should last more than a few seasons! 13 April 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Lasts as long as its price suggests For fair weather riders or occasional riders, this headset would be great - cheap, light, strong. However, the sealing is minimal and the rubber seal rings just can't be guaranteed to work. Sure some people manage to get them working but a lot of people don't and I'm one of them - mine just never sat right. If you ride through the British winter, you'll need a better headset - my headset is six months old and the bearings just died. Now replacing with a £90 Cane Creek. I have no doubt that the headset would have been fine for a couple of years except for the twice-weekly submerging in mud, so if you don't ride in these conditions you should be fine. 20 January 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by recomended Cheapest, lightest, lowest stack-hight reducer headset you can find.Nice smooth design. 08 January 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by why buy anything else? If you need a zero stack reducer headset and this fits your headtube I can't see why you'd buy anything else. Does exactly what it says on the tin and I know of many which are still going strong after several years of abuse. 07 December 2010

Answer:
Not being a Cannondale dealer I can't be sure but I believe the 2008 F6 ran the Cannondale Headshok standard. This runs a slightly larger steerer fork than the standard 1.5" (1.56") and so requires a specific headset assembly/ conversion. Your local Cannondale dealer should be able to source a replacement for you.
If you intend to fit a standard 1.1/8" fork to the frame, this FSA reducer should be ok, but I would suggest you have your local Bike shop/ Cannondale dealer double check the headtube standard for you.
