Currently being used by World Cup Champion Steve Peat, Cedric Gracia and Canada's number one Dustin Adams, who described it simply as 'awesome'. Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good product At the moment I don't have any issues with the goodridge hose, meanning, very good, very strong. I crashed the bike against a tree exactly on the brake lever and hose junction, had a very small leak, but tightenning the screw, the problem was solved and I'm very happy with. 13 April 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by XTR up-grade Parfait, freinage largement amélioré = + puissant, + sensations (retour + net), look amélioré. Par contre attention au montage qui demande un peu de patience. Je recommande. XTR up-grade : more power, better feeling and factory look. Take care it's not so easy to handle during the installation phases. Approuved by myself 07 August 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awsome Great breaking efficency I didn't think that they would make that much difference but they really do. I've now upgraded my other bike too! Easy to fit but instructions are awful, read the box not the instructions. 06 August 2009
Rated 2 out of 5 by quick tip!!!! dont buy goodridge hose!! buy a fibrax!!! £10 cheaper and works miles better!!!! there is absolutly no swell in hose when brake is squeesed which overall improves your breaking performance giving you the quiker, sharper, harder breaking!!!!!!!!! 11 June 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excelent piece of kit The improvement these made to my brakes is amazing there must be far less flex than supplied shimano hoses. I fitted these to my M775 brakes with no problems, i had a similar issue removing old cables as previous post however with some teasing they came free. The instructions aren’t great but if you read the box rather than the instructions leaflet its not as bad. 05 May 2009

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top notch bit of kit. Improve braking performance and feel, and look smart too. Installation is straight forward, but you need the right tools, and a bit of an idea because the instructions are useless, IN MY OPINION, WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This kit (104) suits 2007 XTR, with either DCL's or seperate levers. The kit listed as being for XTR uses banjo fittings, which are not compatible with the new XTR levers or callipers. 06 June 2007
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweet Added a Goodridge hose to my HS33 rear brake. Wow, this stuff is infinitely better than the stock plastic Magura hose. The old stuff was stiff and kinked easily. The Goodridge hose is much lighter, much more flexible. I will agree that the install is much easier if you are doing it on a new brake/lever. Apart from that, you will have an easier time if you remove the lever and caliper from the bike. Just measure out and cut the hose first. You can even fill and bleed the brake off of the bike, then install once it is finished. It is also easier to just take off the brake and do the work outside (or wherever it is best in case there is some spillage of fluid). If you are going to do more than one brake, compare the prices. You might be better off buying a bulk length of Goodridge hose and then the connectors for each brake. You can buy the hose separately in red, blue, green, etc. 15 March 2007

stainless or alloy connectors?

Hi
does this kit come with silver stainless connectors? That's what I'm looking for. Or stainless black.
I don't want alloy connectors as they seem to break easier.
thanks

Answer:
The kit is supplied with alloy connectors as standard. If you want stainless steel connections you can buy them and the hose separately (links below).
