Before: Start drinking GU Electrolyte Brew before starting your workout, to maximize hydration levels. We recommend 16-24 oz of GU Electrolyte Brew consumed about an hour before exercise.
During: During exercise, consume 20-30 oz. of GU Electrolyte Brew per hour.
After: After finishing your workout continue hydrating with GU Electrolyte Brew, but supplement this with 16-32 oz. of GU Recovery Brew to help your body replenish what was lost during exercise. Combine GU Electrolyte Brew with GU Energy Gels or Roctane Ultra Endurance Gels for the ultimate in sports hydration and fueling. Take one gel 15 minutes before training or competition and then one gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise.
