Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous Rims crack very early on
Heavy rider 96k lots of commuting on road and 50psi tire pressure.... gone through four rims in one year. USED IN REAR 3x These rims split right down the middle they cannot handle any weight or tire pressure. They each cracked at the valve hole under the rim tape and the rim unzipped. In the front they weren't too bad but after a year on the road (no salt) they corroded an pitted badly and showed small cracks inside the rim between eyelet holes and along the inside corners. Not for extended use not reliable.

Do not buy this Item if you intend on using it for dirt jumping or street/park. It's light for a reason. I rode it for a month after I got it doing light street and park, and a lot of dirt jumps and It bent like a taco after I was done with it. Got it trued and the same thing happened. This rim Is more of a XC rim in my opinion or very light DH. The good things about it are that It's pretty strong for it's weight and it's pretty nice looking rim.

I'm 105kg and often +20kg on rack. I've owned these rims for about 3 years (~10000km) and only good impressions. Very good choice for heavy raiders.

Got these rims laced to Funn Bullet hubs with DT swiss spokes from CRC. Got them, looked good, good weight and all, but then rode them one out the front of my house, buckled the rear wheel just pumping around. Bummer i thought, emailed CRC complaining. Paid for the true without a quibble, brilliant service as always, thanks CRC. Then went out to the local trails, rode the jumps, no casing, nothing silly and the rear buckled again. These rims are cheese laterally. Held there shape linearally but not up to par. pay extra and get mavic EX721's.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous i'm 92kg with gear ride hard but not extreme owned for 1 year. have a couple of dings where the rim edge has bent in or out, sometimes just the one side. its simple to bend out if it folded in, harder to bend inwards to fix. got a major flat spot doing DH, 2 kinked and loose spokes right over the valve whole that creased on each side to produce more of a slit than a round whole for the valve. but it still stayed true. after track side work it lasted another 2 runs with a bit of care. seems to pinch flat more than other rims. zero problems with front. much much stronger than single tracks. light and can take a beating without a dangerous failure. the deep profile can make getting a pump onto the valve hardwork.

i dont even do that hard riding but i found a cracks in it they felt amazing before i found the cracks but maby it was just bad luck because i really love this wheelset but maby im riding too hard stuff for them even though they are incedibly srong for the money and weight but couldent hold up perfect for anyone who rides smooth and/or is just staying on jumps smaller than ten ft.

Had these for over two years, and they've never needed truing even after a few trips to Verbier, southern Spain etc. The width is good, as is the weight and stength. They're drilled for schrader too, which is handy when you don't have any presta valve tubes left or have to borrow one. Sure, they get scratched - if you're not happy about it, then STOP RIDING MOUNTAIN BIKES!
