Answer: 
Yes, as long as the clamp diameter matches you should be able to fit Aero clip ons to a standard bar. Best option is to check with the manufacturer of the bars in question to see if they have been designed for use with clip on extensions.

how do you measure handle bars

i want to know how to measure handle bars, do you measure the ends where the grips go on or do you measure in the middle where they attach to the bike

Answer: 
To measure the clamp size (for a stem) you measure the diameter of the bar at the middle, where the stem attaches. This will commonly be either 25.4mm, 26mm or 31.8mm (depending on style). Grip diameter is universal, 22.2mm for MTB and 23.8mm for Road bars.
