Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Quality never had anything from hayes before and all i can say is compared to the xt rt75 rotor i have the quality of the hayes is far superior in all round quality and brake effort and just to put the icing on the cake the 203mm or 8" is on sale at 18.98 so its cheaper than the xt only down side is they dont do a 180 in this design shame really i would have bought one . 25 March 2011

Answer:
The majority of disc rotors will be made to the same thickness and diameter, but the depth of the brake profile is usually geared toward the matching pads/caliper, so as a general rule it is best advised to use the same brand of rotor as your brake caliper to avoid uneven performance/ pad wear.
