This is the first base layer I bought. The fit is good around the chest, but the arms are not long enough and are baggy. Wicks sweat away well. It does smell after one ride. Whereas the Half-zip Freeze merino wool base layer, smells less (can be used for a few rides) and the medium is a great fit around the arms,

Долго я пытался сэкономить на терме- все равно пришлось идти за нормальным брендом как Helly Hansen. Отрабатывает каждую копейку.
Великолепный внешний вид. Иногда даже на работе ношу его как футболку.

So far I have used it in the summer (I have clocked in about 200km and use it about 50% of the time) as base wear under raincoat but also as a jersey. Super thin and cool in the heat and keeps me unbelievably dry and warm even when the material itself is wet. I can't wait to try it in the winter. I will be getting several pairs. You do have to make sure that you don't rub against things (lean against a brick wall, use it when doing MTB single tracks, or just throw it in the wash (I hand wash) as it could fray. After all, it is supposed to be base wear even though I use it as all wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous Very disappointing - didn't last.
I've seen HH tops over the years and assumed they were good quality, so forked out a lot of cash for this very light, flimsy base layer. It's just over a month old and has a ladder (as can happen with tights) across the chest. I followed all the care instructions and don't know why it happened. Contacted CRC who 'regret to inform you that the jersey is no longer covered under warranty'.
First time I've been disappointed with CRC. First and last time I buy Helly Hansen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous Poor Quality control
Had to return the item as it is such a poor fit. I am 5'7" have a 38" chest so would expect up 40.5" to be quite loose. Very tight fit but, unexpectedly, the arms hung past my finger tips. Helly Hansen's reponse was quite negative. Piece of shoddily made clothing. Not quite sure who it is supposed to fit - 6'6" with 32" chest. I have similar Nike top which is really good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Epic top, crazy value
Mountain biking, commuting, kayaking, skiing, hiking - I use this top for everything. Super light, keeps sweat wicked away and if it gets wet (when capsizing the kayak!) it dries really quickly.
Best clothing buy ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous 10yrs use and counting
Had this top and the short sleeve version for 10yrs until I lost them both recently. Gutted as they still looked good. They have been used at least twice a week for mtb, running, scuba diving and cycling. Even used them every year for Toughguy event in Wolverhampton (google). Wonderful tops, can't feel you're wearing them, dry out super quick when you stop and I like the stripes! Just bought another set of course. Tip- buy white if you like to show off your nipples :-) I buy navy blue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous It is a good product. I stay warm when very wet in the cold temperatures. I just do not like the fact that the elastic fibers are breaking and breaking through the cuffs.
