High5 Energy Gel Caffeine

Rated 5 out of 5 by DaveL33 Tasty and does the job I bought the berry flavour - it's really tasty and gives you a good boost. Consitency is quite thick - which I prefer. Only downside was that 1 of the gels burst during delivery which made a bit of a mess of the other items in my parcel. This stuff is super sticky when it gets on anything. 26 June 2014

They taste pleasant enough and are easy to get down , but on long distance runs or rides don't use these as your total calorie intake too many will upset your stomach I'm usually towards the end of a ultra run when I use these things or I have already bonked use them to get you home not to feed you through the day . 04 May 2014
