Isotonic is a new generation of sports drink. I've been using many isotonic drink for years including the best and well-known brands. I need about 1.5-2 liter drink as minimum on each training day that's why I'm drinking about 30 liter each month. To be honest I'm well experienced about these products and in my opinion this isotonic drink is the BEST for very high intesity training. This is enough light to drink about 1 liter/hour.

This is the best Isotonic Drink around! The sodium content is high which for me as heavy sweater is really important. I first used it for when I went abroad to hotter climates but now I also use it on turbo sessions or when I go to the gym because this is where sweat rates are really high. Its worth trying the different flavours, I like SummerFruits the most.

The minute I start pushing myself I start to sweat a lot. This results in lost fluids, salt, sugars etc. I now have one bottle with this in it and another with water to get me through a spin on the bike. If I do a long cycle (150kms plus) I'll also drink another bottle of it afterwards. I've found that since I've started doing this that my legs are less sore the next day. Will be using it from now on

This stuff is easy on the palette and stomach, although the orange flavour tastes more citrus or grapefruit than orange. I felt noticeably better after 4 hours in the saddle compared to plain water alone and recovered quicker. Less sickly than Lucozade powders and apparently delivers better carb intake (or so it says on the tin). Nice.
