Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Perfect fit!
It does exactly what its written in the description. Fits PERFECT in the back of the cassette cause of the 3 little cuts. Flat spacers don't do that. Its 4.5mm thick and very light. Simply the best thing for the job, mounting a 7spd cassette in a 8/9spd hub.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous For only £3 it saves you a lot of hassle in this new age of over-priced more-gears-than-i-have-fingers age.

One slight problem is that it, although your chain doesn't go into the spokes, it does sometimes fall onto this little ring meaning you have to get the chain back onto the sproket yourself, which isn't handy if you just did a drop half way down a DH course. Getting off has the factor of making you loose.

But that isn't the fault of this widget, that's just me not being bothered to adjust the screws on my mech.

Slides onto my Deore disc hub perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous great idea, keeps the old 7sp kit(which was by far the strongest kit) running on nice new modern hubs, one bonus of it is that it's impossible for your rear mech to go in your spokes, and as I race downhill I don't really need the range, half the racers use road kit anyway and so sticking with 7sp keeps you in line with them.
