I ride pretty frequently and in all conditions so it's no surprise that the bearings in the front hub were worn out. You can tell 'cos you start to get a bit of play in the front wheel despite having the axle done up tight.. and it probably isn't spinning as freely too.
These will get you running smooth again with no play. Easy to fit. knock the old ones out, then if you have a 20mm thru axel like me you can carefully squeeze them into place with a large bolt, and some wide washers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous For those looking for bearings for Pro2 rear hub, please note the following:
1) pro2 rear has five bearings
2) pro2 rear uses the same set of bearings in QR and 12mm
3) the correct set is 2*6903/2*6802/1*6902

Its a replacement bearing...Does what it says on the tin.
If I had more time, I would have used the bearing model number (written on the rubber seal) to source a high-end bearing from an engineers...
This is the same quality as ALL hope bearings, and works fine...

I bought the bearings for my 12mm rear hub and they're fine. Just tapped the old ones out and the new ones in and the hub's as good as new. Not sure about the other review RE:the supply of incorrect bearings but if you knock the old ones out before you order, they've got the numbers on them so you can ensure they match.

do NOT buy this bearing kit. specifically check that the bearings in your hub are the same number as those shown - i didn't and now i have 3 bearings which don't fit the hub (and crc are reluctant to have back). take out your bearings and go to a bearing supplier to ensure you get the right ones. i have contacted crc regarding this, but a month later there has been no website update. AVOID!
