Hope Pro 2 Evo Disc Rear 12mm 150mm XL

The now proven range of Pro2 hubs have gone from strength to strength since they were launched. Countless tests, reviews and of course rider feedback have shown that the Pro2 is everything that we designed it to be.

This hub features a one piece 7075 aluminium rotor body and pawl carrier. Four pawls engage into a twenty-four tooth steel ratchet which is fixed into the hub shell and is sealed with a frictionless, non contact labyrinth seal. The axle runs on five cartridge bearings. All Pro2 hubs are standard 6 bolt disc compatible

Rated 5 out of 5 by The best!!!! this Hub is great becasue you can get a conversion kit and convert to almost any size to fit your Frame 10mm thru axel 10mm bolt up 9mm QR or the original 12mm it comes with for this model 09 September 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by 05 March 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME HUB! have been running hope pro 2 evo hubs front and rear on my DH bike for 6 months now, cant beat em', never missed a beat, spin fast and look super bling in gold, buy them! 07 January 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best hub going! Lasts for a long time and sound great, easy to servive and get parts. Dont listen to the guy above about it pitting, to solve this use a cassette that dosent have the cogs all seperate to each other! use one thats all connected apart from the last few they prevent it from pitting as much. Get this hub! i've got one on my hardtail and just about to put one on my dh bike 28 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by These things are noisy.. and for some people that isnt a negative thing. Zero issues. Installed myself. Not sure why but sometimes when i hit the road gap and the hub is zinging away angels sing songs of joy and even unicorns come over for a visit 13 December 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not pleased with this hub, I've been running it for 2 months now, and already a week into owning it, my cassette has torn into the freehub and completely worn away the treading on it on 9th gear. 2 or 3 weeks into the hub, I noticed that my chain was way slacker than usual when freewheeling, this was due to extra resistance inside the freehub. I had a local bikeshop look at it and they said the hub looks perfectly fine, no spacers missing ect. but now i can't do my wheel up tight enough so It doesn't come loose and I find myself castantly having to tighten the axle. now 2 months in, and the axle at the freehub has snapped. Well Done Hope. But there is a good side to this madness, it sounds nice. that's about it really. if you're buying a hub either get an pro 2 EVO, or stay away from hope all together. 08 October 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor soft metal Another soft metal fail from Hope. I have tried to stay faithful and purchased a few Hope items and many of them have failed such as the seat clamp and this rear hub. Over priced and soft, your cassette will tear into it and then almost lock on if you haven't noticed. Hope then will advise you to run XT or XTR (which I do) to avoid this. When I said I already run XT they simply stopped replying to my emails. Pity as before they have had great customer service. AVOID 04 September 2012
