I commute no matter the weather and this take its tall on nuts and bolts. Nothing worst than rusty bolts on your nice bike! These are expensive but high quality and will not rust. I recommend buying them when a good sale in on.

I got a set of these Ti bolts standard with my Hope Race X2 brakes. They were easy to fit, the T25 torx works well (it doesn't round off), they save a bit of weight and they are rust-free. No disimilar metal problems unlike steel bolts into ally hubs either. Buy em, fit and forget.

If you've ever had to drill a hub to remove a disc after the worthless cheap metal bolts holding it on have rounded out (why does the bike industry still use this rubbish?) then you will understand why its worth spending this much.

i bought 2 sets, and 1 bolt broke into my chris king hub.
i didn't tight a lot, so i don't know if their are of poor quality or it was a manufacturing problem on this specific bolt

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous how are you rounding them off???
if you follow the specified torque settings in the instructions, you shouldn't be getting anywhere near enough pressure through a standard rotor bolts to round anything off, i think there may be some over tightening going on

These bolts are top quality and a BIG improvement on the standars steel items. Reducing rotating weight is a good thing 1gm saved on rotating weight=same as saving 3gm static weight. ie brake pivot bolts etc
