The ultimate tyre for all conditions- loose or hard pack and it is consistantly voted a winner by Mountain Bike Action Magazine. This is a great performing tyre for most riders.
Downhill wire bead version has 2-ply construction with Stick-E rubber for better grip, and the Cross Country folding bead version is single-ply with Stick-E or DTC rubber for reduced weight
Freeride wire bead version is single-ply with Stick-E rubber and Butyl CAP insert for extra strength and durability
Front and Rear application
Stick-E: A slow rebound rubber (50 shore A durometer) for the ultimate in grip and traction control. The slow rebound rubber acts like a form of suspension that conforms to the trail, rock or roots surface instead of bouncing off it. Used primarily on Kenda's large downhill (2.35, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7) tyres.

Rated 4 out of 5 by syumassh Good all-rounder; not so good in the wet
I've been on Kenda Nevegals for the past 3 years and they're really good tyres in the dry and damp. However not so confidence inspiring in the wet and/or muddy.

Iv had these tires stock on 2 bikes that i owned. At first these tires did everything great, It wasn't too bad in the mud, breaking was good, great hook up on hard pack, and in the loose. After 2 months the rubber compound started to dry and wasn't as sticky and tacky as it was before. Now everything it just terrible! I have tried many tires out there from Maxxis, Kenda, WTB, Specialized. I would say my favourites are Maxxis Minions, and it you want a comparable tire that dose everything like the Nevegals, i would say the WTB Weirwolf, which is AWESOME. The rubber compound stays soft and sticky for ALOT longer on the tires i mentioned above. I would recommend getting that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Monkey tyre
Been riding with a 2,5" Nevegal Stick-E as a rear tyre since almost a year now, they give so much grip you'll be climbing mountains like a frekkin' monkey...
Sure they are a bit heavy and roll kind-a slow for a all mountain tyre but this is only noticed on transport rides, once on the trail you'll just be riding along knowing they will put up with what ever you throw at 'em..
These let me climb all sorts of terrain with ease, never mind if it's wet, muddy, rocks och gravel.. They are really sick.
I've made climbs i even did'nt think was possible....
Even though i like them much i must confess i'm a bit eager to try Schwalbe's Hans Dampf 2,35" Trailstar compound as a next rear tyre.

this tyre is the best and that is the end of it. I used it once or twise then and didnt like it so i chaneged it to a maxxis High Roller 26x50 (HR). the HR feels planted and stops well in the dry in the wet you slide as it should its not made for the wet. The kenda Nevegal StickE Folding 26x50 is better in all areas it rolls twise as fast the 26x35 grips more than the maxxis HR so you can get away with less whaight and roll faster. well worth the moneny.
