It weighs two kilos. It weighs that much because despite its small size there's an awful lot of steel in it, that's what is going to make sure your bike stays where you leave it. Forget chains or cables, this is the only lock I would trust. Comes with three keys and a £1500 guarantee against theft of your bike.

I have this lock and it means business. I'ts kinda small and it's rarely possible to lock frame and wheel together. But It's truly the maximum security lock, don't think that you can find anything better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous As secure as you'll ever get
Small D-locks are more secure than large ones because there's less room to get a jack in there to burst it open. Very unlikely the jacking method would work with this lock. I cant imagine any thief even trying to take it on. Its very heavy... but that'll make you fitter...

I have not seen stronger lock than this. Its pretty compact, but heavy, also because of the U size you cant lock a wheel together with a frame (maybe only with <1.8 tyres).

This is one chunky mother - it would take some serious cutting to get though (probably with power tools). As U locks go it is of medium size, so you'll need a cable to lock both wheels. It is also very heavy - you won't want to carry it about, i leave mine at work.
Not seen a stronger lock out there - most thieves will walk on to the next bike...

this lock is realy beefy, would ake farever to cut or even try to pick, a very good lock, compact but yet heavy and exceptionel strong.. a must have for a beloved bike... works alot better with a cable, since the length of the lock is limited.
