Rated 4 out of 5 by Protects the shock well I think £8 for a piece of neoprene is quite expensive, however the price of a new shock is more so on balance I don't mind too much. People say never use these as grit gets stuck behind them and scratches etc. however if you take them off regularly and wash them they work perfectly well and i've never had a scratch while using them. I use these now as a small rock once chipped the stanchion of my DT Swiss forks which really annoyed me. since using these on the front and rear shocks and all my suspension since then i've never had any issues. Seals remain free from crud and grit, stanchions remain smooth and providing you dont just leave these on for eternity you'll reduce the risk of damage. 30 April 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too tight for a coil! For an air shock this would fit fine but i put mine on a fox coil and it was so tight i could hardly get it on! 06 January 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Keeps the shock clean. Although a bit pricey for a bit of stretchy neoprene and Velcro, this is worth it just to help keep your shock seals clean. It's long enough to cover any shock, I had to cut mine down to length with scissors but that does mean its the right fit. If your rear shock is in the line of sight for getting muck of the rear wheel I would say this is an essential purchase to help protect the shock seals. 06 August 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Tight and secure These are simple covers and does what it say; protect from dust and dirt. They are highly stretchable so should fit any rear shocks. 16 May 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesnt fit. I got a Sunn radical S1 with stock viviv rear shock and this cover is simply too small. If I would have had some noname/weird suspension I wouldnt be surprised but the vivid shock is among the most commonly used shocks so I really expected this cover to fit nice. I am disappointed to say the least. It needs to be both wider and longer, trust me I have tried everything it just wont cover it. It is also very very tight, I have to stretch it to its max and just barely get it around the spring. 22 July 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dont go without this I am from Northern Ireland but am working in Singapore. Our local trails are a mixture of mud and sand so this sleeve takes a lot of abuse each time I use it.Make sure you fit it tightly around the rear shock to avoid any dirt getting in.Even after a full day with the bike caked in mud from top to bottom when I remove this the shock is spotless.just wash and dry and it is as good as new.The single best thing I have put on the bike and worth every penny. 15 March 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bit tight Just bought one of these. Looks like it will do the job and I don't think it looks as bad as some people have said. Have got it covering a Marzocchi Roco TST R coil shock on a Marin Quake and it's a bit fiddly to fit, feeling a little too small - it's tricky to stretch it all the way round the coil and get a good fit. On Air shocks it would be fine, larger coils, a little trickier. 20 January 2011
