Lizard Skins started from one very simple, but highly effective product. Since then, the chainstay protector has often been copied, but never improved. Over time, Lizard Skins has added grips, gloves, suspension covers, protective gear, BMX kit and DVDs to its range of products. In business since 1993, Lizard Skins take both development and production quality seriously. Products are designed in consultation with professional riders - as their associations with riders like Steve Peat and Bubba Harris suggest. And Lizard Skins use special stitching techniques on their Neoprene products, which almost eliminate stitching failure.
