I have now used these pedals on four rides. I bought the 16Nm version.
They are easy to engage. Occasionally I still accidentally knock the pedal over when I paw at it with my foot, but I am confident that this is just me taking a little while to get used to the new pedals. They are certainly easier than the non-Keo Look-style pedals that I have previously had to locate and clip into.
The 16Nm tension is not at all tight to engage or disengage from (I weigh 73kgs). However, I don't feel like I am at any risk of ever accidentally pulling my foot out and they feel completely secure once engaged.
These pedals have a distinctly larger pedal platform than my previous non-Keo Look-style pedals (which in fact only had a tiny contact area), but I honestly can't tell the difference when I'm riding.
There was a bit of squeaking from the pedals on my second ride, but it was an extremely misty/foggy day that day, so it is possible that the squeak was somehow contributed to by some moisture somewhere - and I haven't noticed any squeaks before or since then. (I have no conflict of interest to declare in writing this review - I do not work in any part of the cycling industry etc.)

Love these pedals, have been riding Looks for years including 357's and the original Keo's. These are light, huge platform and spin very easily.
The only small issue I have with them is as others have pointed out is that they hang more "upside down" than other Looks which means half the time I'm trying to clip into the back rather than the front. Other style Looks tend to hang with the tip of the pedal at about 11 O'clock or almost straight up and down, where these tend to hang at about 10'O'clock, doesn't seem like a lot, but it makes a big difference!

These were my first pair of clipless pedels and i was amazed about the performance improvement. These are so smooth and After a couple of falls from still these are so easy to use. I have the lowest nm version and using the carbon fiber blade reduces weight lots, they are easy to install if you have a 8mm alen key as a pedal spanner cant be used.
Now after 1000 miles i am finally changing the cleats for the normal non grip ones. Overall these are the besr purchase i have ever made for ease of pedaling, lightness and performance improovements,

I bought this a few months ago, after using the Keo 2 Max for 6 months.
I decided on the 16NM one because I like a firm feel.
All I can say is WOW! incredibly firm, increased power transfer (still do to testing with power meter and IDT)
also nice and light, look the part too. Very cool loud click when you clip in.
Only downside I can find so far would be that they usually lie cleat side down, and because they are so light you can accidentally turn them 360 instead of 180.
but still 5/5!

These pedals are the best I have ever had, they stick to your shoes like glue and jet so easy to click out of. They are expensive, but worth every single penny.

Esto es la diferencia en los niveles de retención del pedal con las calas. Una tensión normal es la 12nM(Nanómetros) y algo más justo o más fuerte es la de 16Nm(Nanómetros). Es recomendable la versión de 16Nm para ciclistas que utilizan más retención entre los pedales y el calzado, por ejemplo un Velocista, utilizaría esta medida.
