Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just the job - and made in Britain! Bought this as an emergency jacket, and it's perfect for the job. Incredibly light. Well made. Waterproof. Wouldn't want to ride all day in it, but wore it home from work today (uphill most of the way) without any perceptible sweatiness. The sizing is accurate and the raglan sleeves are comfortable. And it's made in Britain. I'm so glad I chose this one. 07 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good rain jacket I wanted a lightweight rain jacket which would fit in a cycling jersey pocket. I have used a number of Lusso products and recommend them highly, having said that at the price I was very sceptical but given the positive reviews I thought I'd give this jacket a try. I certainly haven't been disappointed, it is extremely waterproof and surprisingly breathable. On 3 occasions recently I've been caught in very heavy showers, on 2 of these occasions I cycled on for 30mins and the other for an hour. On all these occasions I was thoroughly soaked from head to neck and thighs to feet, what amazed me was that apart from the expected sweat from working hard, my cycling jersey was dry! The temperature on these days was mild (10 - 15C) and there was little wind (5 - 10mph). The fit is accurate and it is well made. So if like me your looking for a compact rain jacket don't be put off by how cheap this product is, go for it. 20 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 02 June 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Looks well made, packs small and light Good value i think, packs small and light i wouldn't use it for heavy or winter use as size is correct and no room to wear thick clothinhg underneath but good if your caught out by weather during warmer conditions 20 May 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Value for money As tropical rain is a common thing in my part of the world, this jacket does the job of getting me to the nearest rest area. Not a good idea to keep riding in the pouring rain! Good value for money and can be spotted miles away. 04 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by does the job only ordered this 19 dec in the evening time got it 21st 9:30 am, quick delivery for free delivery and had to use it the day i got it today went on a 60k cycle with the club little under half way it poured heavy rain and hail, wind 35kph with gusts up to 70 so it was the perfect weather to test this jacket it passed and passed very well was not going to order as it seems to cheap to be what it claims to be, its very light could rip easy i dont know i just get that impression from how light it is, I should have ordered an extra size fits in the pocket real easy gets to a small size no problem it kept me warm and it kept the winds off me and done a great job keeping the rain away from my body i was bone dry under the jacket every else i was soaking wet and very cold but because my body was warm I felt no need to give up to the weather. if I needed another rain jacket again i would order this one again with no thought or hessitation. it is cheap and does not seem to be well made however it really impressed me how it did the job. WELL DONE LUSSU 21 December 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent jacket, very compact for carrying, essential really! I am mostly a commuting cyclist - however I brought this jacket with me on a recent cycle from Mizen Head in Ireland to Malin head, and it turned out to be invaluable. Really easy to carry as you can fold it up to be quite a small size. On the third day of the cycle the rain was really bad, it was windy and cold also. I wore this jacket for the whole day and have to say it was great really did the job. And also it was really comfortable and light to wear. Would definitely recommend it. 09 September 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by An essential item!! I spent ages searching around for a decent waterproof jacket for a bit of protection from the British weather. Ideally you want a waterproof jacket that you can just slip into your back pocket when its not required. Thats where this Lusso jacket fits the bill. Its light and easily fits into a jersey pocket. Initialially I was a little put off by the price, as the fact it is significantly cheaper to similar products could suggest it doesnt perform well. I for one am very used to Campag gear, so I didnt expect a great deal from the jacket. However after using the jacket for a short ride of 15 miles, I can safely say it does what its supposed to and far exceeded my expectations. It is indeed waterproof, very vibrant in colour and windproof to a certain extent. However it is not all that breathable, as I found my arms were wet when I got home. To be fair, I would say its impossible for a product to be waterproof, windproof and breathable at the same time (even if they say it is!). One minor point: I wouldn't suggest wearing it throughout a ride as it tends to trap moisture in the arm area but this isn't a problem really. Bottom line is this jacket is a must. I would certainly recommend considering its price tag, definitely value for money! 03 July 2013
