Lynskey Cooper CX Ti Frame

The Cooper CX was designed for the rider looking for a multi-use frame that can handle cyclocross racing and pull double duty as a solid commuter. As a disc specific model, this is the perfect do it all winter bike. The 3AL/2.5V titanium tubeset has a large diameter bi-axially ovalized downtube and top tube cable routing to keep mud out of the drivetrain. The rear end retains rack and fender mounts and S-bend seat and chainstays that give clearance for 700x32 tires with fenders. With six sizes to choose from, there is a Cooper CX for nearly everyone.

For the long gravel grinders, the daily commute or the weekend cross series, the Cooper CX will soon be the weapon of choice that you keep going to more times than not. Built with adventure in mind, let the Cooper CX take you some place off the beaten path and back again.

Perfect for winter training, urban commuting, or competitive cyclo-cross racing. Rack and fender mounts, 135mm spacing disc specific, S-bend chainstays, top of top tube cable routing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A refinement of the litespeed Cx I brought this for a custom build using sram, Brooks and hope components. it is a disc specific frame that eliminated shudder associated with cantilevers commonly used in cyclo cross bikes. the geometry is compact compared to a road bike but more refined than that of a mountain hardtail. . because of this the stem, bars and saddle can all be tweaked to offer a more traditional Road feel or a more agile cyclo cross setup. . this adds to the versatility of the bike. . the titanium is drawn as custom tubes by Lynsky using the former litespeed expertise and this shows in the beautiful welding points. . there are plenty of eyelets for panniers and mudguards. the custom lynsky front carbon for is a rival for the Easton 90 cx for but adds disc brake functionality to it. it is slightly flexy torsionally under load but sway is reduced anyway when carrying panniers owing to more conservative riding style. without any load they are just fine. there are two pairs of water bottle mounts, could do with a third but this is OK. a great versatile lightweight extremely refined ride. . can do anything - club Road rides, xc, cx, audax and touring. Would recommend. 02 July 2014
