Rated 4 out of 5 by Great if you suffer from a hot head! I bought this to replace a Met Stradivarius that I'd made extensive and terminal use of. Fit and finish are great though it doesn't come with a helmet pod like the Strad. In use the problems of getting a hot head, on slow climbs, that are associated with the Stad's design are well and truly sorted, Ventoux in 40 deg heat? no problem. But the downside is poor aerodynamics as those giant vents pull in too much air at speed, You can actually feel the drag. Consequently I've bought another Strad for normal days and am keeping the Sine Thesis for when the sun comes out and the temperature rises. I've noted last year that a number of the pros seem to be doing a similar thing by wearing a cheaper less well vented, but more aero, helmet when possible though that could just be sponsorship pressure? 16 April 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Maybe I do something wrong I bought this helmet and my first ride with it was a cyclo sportive. It is light but still feels a bit bulky. I have a Met Stradivarius too, a large one and therefor I bought the Sine in large too but it feels to big. When I adjust the back so the helmet doesn't wobble, my forhead gets numb but when I loossen it, it wobbles. I couldn't find a shop which actually had the helmet in stock so I could try it but because I love the Stradivarius I just trusted MET's top model and bought the Sine. It is true that when you take it off during a break in your ride you don't get that cold wet feeling when you put it on again but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. A petty because it does look good. 10 September 2009
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great helmet but expensive Best thing to say is that once it's on you don't notice it. It's very well ventilated, the gel pads are great for keeping cool and better still when you put the helmet back on after a break there's not that horrible "moist" feeling from fabric pads. Really happy with it but it pricy. 11 August 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by coolest and fastest helmet on earth ! I've been using it for a month and all I can say is : get one of these ! tons of air on your head, no more sweaty pads but fresh gel pads, brilliant and so fast, perfect fit 30 July 2009
