I got this for such a steal and so far I can't find anything wrong with it.
The white walls are sexy. It sticks to the road. It's reasonably puncture resistant.
Best of all, it doesn't get slashed up like the continentals.

Bought these to bring an old 80s Holdsworth back onto the road. They're grippy enough for general riding (if you expect to corner fast in the wet on mucky roads, don't buy a sub-£10 tyre), and roll well on decent surfaces.
They lasted fine for the first 1000 miles and survived running over glass a couple of times, as well as some bike paths plainly not meant for 23c tyres. However, the rear exploded on me going up a steep incline at the weekend, after about 1250 miles on them - blew a hole 10mm across right in the middle of the tread. So for casual, dry use, a good value and quick tyre. I suggest you change them at 1000 miles though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Excellent tyres
I have had these on my bike for the last 6 months and have done 2,500 kms on all sorts of surfaces (bike paths, roads, gravel, sand, etc), wet and dry weather, and I have had no punctures. They roll easily and grip quite well and are very comfortable. I only inflate them to 80psi.
I think these tyres are great value for money and will certainly buy them again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous below average durability / poor handling on wet surfaces
I normally buy the cheapest tires for my city/commute everyday bike and have made some surprisingly good experiences, but this tire is by far the worst tire i've ever had.
The wear of the tire is extreme - little stones and glass cut right through the surface, which looked almost unusable, or like other tires after 6 months to 1 year of usage, after only a month of moderate usage in the city.
The worst thing though is the tires handling on wet surfaces. With the slightest bit of rain on the road, this tire becomes extremely slippery and almost impossible to control in corners!!! Beware!
The only nice thing about the tire is, that it comes in various colors and sizes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Great tires for the money
I've switched to the red version of these tires about a month ago. They're on a single speed commuter that I ride ~40km/day. I've ridden them through rain and dry conditions, on the road, bike path and even a little bit on some dirt paths. I've had no problems at all with slipping on wet pavement. They ride smooth and rolling resistance is low but not reduced to the point that it is not noticeable if you're paying attention. They were a little tough to get on but not so much trouble that I needed anything special and only needed a single pry tool to do it. They are a huge step up from the stock tires that came with the bike, but those things were so awful. Great for the money.
