WOW! I have never had a tyre with so much grip and no spikes. I used these for a downhill race. The mud was horrible, everyone was sliding and getting their wheels clogged with mud. These were the exception. Soooooooooooooooooo much grip and such good mud shedding capabilities. With a good tube it's nearly puncture proof

Great grip in mud but boy are they hard work. I pushed up climbs I normally have no problems on. So be aware if you're not built like Chris Hoy you may end up nearer the back of your riding buddies on the uphill. However you will be at the front going down. My mates say I just need to 'man up'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous better than maxxis wet scream
I have to agree with buff, I ordered a myself a wet scream for my bike and the digr for my mates, right out of the box you can see the michelin`s are wider than the maxxis , and after riding both bikes on the same trail I can testify to the diference. Their on my wishlist for the front, the maxxis are moving to the rear of the bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous I have the old dh mud 3's which are the same as these. Epic tyre's. Totally useless for anything other than deep mud but the rubber is very soft so rocks and roots in the trail arn't a problem.
Overall, brilliant. My friends run wet screams and they can't keep up when its stupidly muddy, which in england is quite a lot.

I bought them for a period of autumn-winter. Proved to be the good side: the fall rowing well (the main-selling to dry) even on a wet black earth and clay. winter - dubeyut and penetrate into the tread groomed snow (a very good grip), and on the ice like a cow at a skating rink. Have a thick sidewall, problems with passing the air was not (the sealant is not used), sat on the rim properly. Rubber soft-quickly wears away (for 2,5 / 3 months at half) I go in aggressive style. In general I recommend.
