NS Bikes Analog Forks

The RNS and Fundamental forks are a common sight in loads of trick-track bikes, so NS decided to take these products one step further and make a fork specifically designed for fixed gear trick bikes with the NS Bikes Analog Fork. You will get a lower axle-to-crown height than normally found on MTB forks to keep your steering sharp, but at the same time you will still be able to barspin with this fork on the Analog frame.

Even though the fork is built to withstand serious abuse, the weight remains nice, NS used all their knowledge from the dirt jumping fork line when building the Analog. You get triple butted legs, multi butted 1pcs CNC steer tube and their full heat treatment process after welding. The Analog fork was tested not only by fixed gear riders. NS gave A few forks to their park & street riders to confirm it's strong enough.

NS Bikes Analog Forks Features:

  • Travel: Rigid
  • Steerer: Steer tube length: 205mm / 8"
  • Fork Legs: Double butted and tapered legs
  • Brake Mounting: No brake mounts
  • Dropouts: Dropouts 5mm thick
  • Weight: 1.1kg

Answer:
These forks are intended for use with a solid 10mm axle to maintain the rigidness of the fork and security of the wheel. A Quick Release (9mm) skewer could also be used however for Park, Street and Dirt Jumping using a nutted (10mm Solid) axle is advised.

Answer:
These forks should fit straight onto the Kona Shred. However with a shorter Axle to Crown length (410mm) on the Analog forks compared to the 498mm on the forks on the Shred; the frame will not be as Slack.

This will reduce control at high speeds but create a more responsive/twitchy ride feel.
