NS Bikes Holy 1 Bike

The Holy is the perfect complete package for hardcore street and park riding. Compact geometry and no unnecessary parts, a nice price and lots of space for upgrading and fine tuning. The bike is packed with high end features such as the full cromoly frame with an integrated headset based on the Suburban, an NS cromoly fork and 3-pc tubular cromoly Salt cranks from our friends at Wethepeople that are mounted on the 8 spline BB with big sealed bearings. The geometry of the 26” version is the same as our high-end aftermarket frames, so when you slap on a suspension fork of your choice, the bike will have the same feel as the bikes that our pro riders use. But even right out of the box, the Holy will rock! Unlike many other bikes in this price range, there is no "do not jump!" warning sticker. The 2013 Holy 1 comes with a refreshed look and some significant upgrades. The most important one is that the freewheel rear hub has been replaced with a high-end Octane One 11T driver hub. This allowed us to spec a real microdrive drivetrain that not only looks better, but lasts longer. Add to that the change of the tires to Kenda Small Block 8 and this bike is really in a different league than last year’s model.

NS Bikes Holy 1 Bike Features and Benefits:

  • Kenda Small Block 8 instead of K-Rad
  • real press fit Spanish BB frame (w/o adaptor cups)
  • OctaneOne fat seat-post combo
  • 11T sealed bearing O1 driver hub instead of freewheel

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bike, Great quality parts Just received this bike 2 weeks ago and i have been on it everyday since would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get into dirt jumping. 20 May 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hong Kong buyer This bike good for jump, I bought it around one month. The only worst part is combo seat, it too short and bad angle of seat. So I bought another pivotal seatpost and saddle. I commented to buy it. 16 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This bike rocks!! I'm riding this bike now for 13 months... absolutely love this bike. This bike is just perfect to start off with. Not that expensive and great quality, looks tremendous. Off course to make this bike 'cheap' they spared money on parts like the brakes, paddles, hubs... Don't get me wrong, those parts are good, but after some time you will switch them for better, lighter, tougher parts. Just like NSbikes says: "lots of space for upgrading and fine tuning." I can't express that more clearly. But the bigger parts like frame, fork, handlebar, wheels are excellent and can handle every obstacle on the street/park. I ride this bike on 26" wheels 'cause one day I want to start dirtjumping on this bike. I have no complaints about this bikes weight (notice I'm 1.85m) and don't use the frontbrake, just learn footjams :D PS: I have the holy1 2012, so there were a few changes to the 2013 model, but that means the 2013model is just even better! 02 September 2013

Answer:
The 24" version will accept standard 26" suspension forks (the majority of 24" riders use a low travel 26" suspension fork without any trouble, as good 24" forks are very hard to find anymore). You can use any standard 26" fork so I would look towards 80-100mm of travel as a starting point - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/...

Answer:
Il semblerait que les tasseaux de frein puissent être enlevés avec un clé à écrou, mais je ne serais pas en mesure de dire si ceux-ci sont totalement amovible.

Mais si vous retirez les tasseaux, il y aura toujours les pattes de fixation.

Answer:
Frame size is measured from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. As a jump bike, these are effectively one size fits all, and should be fine for most riders up to around 6'2"
