Octane One Zircus Frame

The Zircus is a brand new alloy all-round dirt frame perfect for playing in the city and off-road. It’s a lightweight and strong aluminium frameset with ‘Pro’ dirtjump geometry designed to fit 26” wheels, forks with 100-140mm travel and a single speed drivetrain. However the frame includes a removable derailleur hanger so you can convert the bike into serious all-purpose off-road machine with gears if needed. Designed for riders who prefer the feel of alloy frames. More slack and stabile than the radical steel Void frame. The BB is lowered for more stability, the top tube and chainstays are slightly longer than those in the Void and the headtube angle is more slack. Tough enough for jumps, perfect for pump-tracks, comfortable enough for trail riding.

The Zircus uses beefy AL-6061 tubes that give it a super clean look. Behind the simple looks you can find nice tech details such as custom shaped and butted tubes (a very strong DT near HT area with no need for an additional external gusset), a custom shaped ZS44mm headtube, custom rounded smooth looking tubes, without any crazy bent tubes or wacky hydro-forming shapes and sweet arched seat stays bridge that give lot’s of tire clearance.

This frame is all that you will need to rip like a pro in any terrain. Although the Zircus is a very strong frame it weighs only 2.1kg and has a very reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Ride! awesome awesome ride! bought the frame a month or so ago, and everything about it is great. super flickable, really tight geometry. my only complaint is the tire width clearance. I was rocking 2.2'' tires, and it barely cleared, so switched to 2.1 and it was golden. buy one ASAP 27 June 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sick Ride!! Buy It! I bought this after reading reviews of Octane One's Void frame. It was a shot in the dark because we don't have a distributor of these frames in the states (that im aware of), so there was no way of knowing if it would fit or if I would even care for the geometry. Coming from a DJ and freeride background, I figured for $200 bucks it would be a decent investment to upgrade my old ride. Long story short, it is an amazing bike. the geometry feels great and is super flickable. Welds look better than some of the big named brands, and rolling away, my only complaint is that it cant take tires bigger than 2.1 inches. I was riding Continental Trail Kings, but they hit the frame with no clearance at all. thus resulting in the 4 stars. otherwise, its an awesome frame. BUY IT! 22 May 2013
