The Oneten Vento wind vest offers essential extra protection from the elements in a package convenient enough to always have at hand.
Engineered from micro-denier polyamide fabric, the Vento wind vest keeps the chill at bay while warming up, on long descents or when conditions are changeable, while it breathable fabric construction enables moisture and heat energy to escape when needed.
We've made the Vento wind vest ultralight and packable so it can be easily stowed away in a jersey pocket, saddlebag or backpack, and kept close to hand for when needed.
- CUT FOR COMFORT
We've made the Vento vest with a cycle-specific cut: high at the front for wind protection; 3D shaped panels and seams for aero fit; a longer back for aero positioning; arm and neck holes placed slightly forward and down and an extended tail for lower back coverage.
To prevent irritation the Vento features minimal 3D seaming while soft and flexible tape bindings on the arm openings, collar and rear hem ensure a snug, aerodynamic fit over your mid-layer jersey, without flapping or chafing.
On the practical side of things the Vento features a full-length front zipper for ease of use while riding, and comes in translucent white to keep you visible to other road or trail users.
- WHO IS IT FOR?
We've designed the Vento wind vest as an essential staple for riders of all levels and disciplines, on-road and off.
Stowed handily in a jersey pocket, trail backpack or commuter's pannier the Vento is invaluable for any rider seeking an additional level of security and comfort against the bite of the wind in changeable conditions.

Love it! I ditched my jacket now that I have this gillet and arm warmers. Perfect for morning rides cos as it gets warmer strip it off and slip it in your jersey pocket. Ends up the same size as my phone.
The sizing chart is spot on so make sure you get the right size for your chest cos there's not a lot of give in the fabric. It's like a light weight synthetic silk.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous Light, not very breathable
First time I have owned a gilet and have worn this for a couple of rides now. It is certainly lightweight and the fabric keeps the wind chill out. I have found that it does not breath as well as the marketing blurb suggests. Riding in temperatures of 6-10 degrees C that I would normally wear a base layer under my long sleeve jersey, I have found that substituting with this vest has me arriving with a layer of sweat. Unfortunately, the fabric has also gained a very small tear in the middle of the back from normal use. Friends who I ride with don't have the sweat issue with their gilets. I will keep this for cold days and wet roads.

This thing is awesome. Light weight, folds up to a tennis ball size and stops the cold southerly wind off Port Phillip bay ripping through your chest. Getting up a bit in price ( i got it for $42) but i will be getting another one if the one i have stuffs up.
