Rated 5 out of 5 by Best hydration pack i have been using osprey packs for two years now and they still amaze me! their quality is light but very strong. also it doesn't get my stuff wet so easily! and for value wise i guess its a good buy. storage is also good but if u want more space i suggest getting a slightly bigger size.. overall osprey hydration pack are the best! 29 June 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 22 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good, with some small flaws Have the pack about a year now so could probably write a decent review. Only here because a part on the pack has failed and I need to replace it. Pack is very good, sturdy, balder is very functional and has a nice lay out without having to try and thread the hose thru the straps its held in with a zip the opens up the full back of the bag to get access to the bladder. Front pocket is small, so you will get a mini pump, a tube, some gels, a multitool and some tyre levers in there with a bit of organising. I also carry a small first aid kit (rules for Gravity Enduro here in Ireland) , that I fit securely in the back of the helmet holder, it has yet to be used, thankfully, and hasn't moved since I put it there. Doesn't move around Perfect pack for a 2-3 hour spin, but if your on an all dayer it might be a bit small, for carrying food, or an extra layer etc. The bad, all revolving around the the mouth piece and its positioning, and some of the strapping Firstly the Silicone bite valve isn't as hardwareing as you'd like, mine has split (just ordered a few on here) meaning if you don't shut the valve you get water everywhere generally down your left leg. However 3 replacements are €6.50 on here so not too bad. The magnetic holder for the bite valve will only work if you tighten the chest strap to support it, meaning I have to ride with this pulled quite tight across my chest to stop it breaking away from the magnet and flapping all over the place, no big deal, but i find it a bit uncomfortable to pull this thing tight across my chest Waist support buckle cracked and broke one of its arms about 6 months in, works fine but if another goes I've no waist support. that said the pack is very light weight and wouldn't move anyway. Be careful when tightening the bladder lid, if it isn't on right you will have leaking water everywhere. Overall nice pack for smaller spins, 2-3 hours and racing. Anything longer I'd be looking at the Camalbak Mule or similar. 06 February 2014
