Rated 5 out of 5 by fhiyll Withstood an attack
had a bike nicked from my garage, they managed to cut 5 out of 6 chains. When they couldnt do the last chain, they tried gettin the ground anchor out with a crow bar. Its loosened it a bit but stood firm and saved 2 of my bikes!! Top stuff!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Have to sell it with the house
There's no way it's coming out of the wall once it's in. Buying another one because I'm moving house and can't take the original one with me.
If hammering in a ballbearing is a bit fiddly and you lose one (like me), open the allen key head up with a drill bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Not going anywhere
After having a three bikes stolen from our backyard I got a couple of these. They are solid pieces of hardware and the bolts provide a pretty good anchoring on brick or concrete.
In combination with a good lock the bikes are not going anywhere without the thieves using an angle grinder. It really gives you some peace of mind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Quite substantial
Quite substantial-and sold silver rated. The fixings are good quality and yes I finally had use for that 16mm SDS drillbit I bought years ago.
##Top tip## dab the ballbearings with a smidgin of grease or vaseline before tapping them in -far less likely to fall out even if mounting vertically on a wall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Brute by name, Brute by nature!
This thing is quite a brute! I fitted mine the other day and all went well. I did bust one of the plugs though by tapping it in with a hammer! I was able to get some more from a DIY store which was OK but just be careful. If you want to tap the plugs in, do it with the screw in place. That seemed to work OK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Fits an Oxford Nemesis Chain
Not much to add to the other reviews, other than to say that I can get an Oxford Nemisis chain through mine, but it was such a tight fit I had to remove the cover. This is important because the Nemisis chain has 16mm links and is significantly stronger than chains with smaller links such as the hardcore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Does the job well
Seems pretty solid, is a lot bigger than expected. Pretty easy to install and looks secure. Mine came with a Solid Secure Silver sticker on, so has some recognised testing done on it.
