The fact that you can use this on BBs and headset cups means this is an ideal all rounder. Not necessary to get the headset designed pro x-tool one I have that will only work on headsets. Wish I got this first.

Very unusually for Park, this tool is a duffer.
The central threaded section is really narrow, so it doesn't line up well and pushes cups in on the wonk. The threads aren't very tough and often get stuck. The blue handles are too straight, so the tool often hits the top tube of the frame while you're pushing cups in. There is no quick release, so you spend ages each time you use the tool spinning the handle down the thread. The pieces of the tool that contact the headset cups aren't stepped, so they don't fit the headset cups especially well and makes it hard to get the cups in straight. This really is a bad tool and I can't believe they actually tested it before bringing it to sale.
If you want a budget headset press, look elsewhere on the CRC site. (like this for example http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=10225) If you've got a bit more money, the Park Tool HHP-2M is the best there is.

fitted my ck headset in minutes with no fuss, has flat plates so does'nt need any adpaters. the plates don't rotate, don't forget to grease the white washers.
the cups went in smooth and straight on the first attempt.

Get to screfix, buy a bit of threaded rod, a couple of bolts and some washers then spend the rest of the day and £30 in the pub

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Quality piece of kit
Like all Park tools this is a solid bit of kit - the photos don't do justice to how sturdy it is. Very simple design - place your headset cups on to the head tube and then turn the handle to press it down firmly. The metal disc does not move as it is separated from the handle by a nylon washer so there is no danger of scratching or damaging the headset cup or bearings. Also nice is that the cup is also pressed in straight with no effort - it is very easy to get top and bottom cups sitting flush with the head tube. Easy to use - took 5 mins from start to finish. 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous I looked everywhere for a review of this tool but couldn't find one, so I bought it anyway!
It really does work, and very very well. My FSA was 'pressed' in minutes. It's a solid bit of kit that should last just about forever. It presses the outer edge of the cups so there is no chance of damage to the bearing surfaces or inside of the cup. The lower cup needs pressing from the top (you turn the top handle) but this also works without any problems. You need to take a minute to centralise the press before you start and make sure the cups start off straight but then it is literally 30 seconds on turning and job done. Because it presses the outer edge this tool really will work with any headset, so no need to buy extra adaptors/bushings and all that stuff. The large plate washers don't move as you turn the handle because they are separated by greased nylon washers (supplied) so no chance of even scratching your shinny new Chris King or FSA etc. Great tool in my opinion.
