Park Tool Hydraulic Brake Piston Press PP1

The unique, wedge-shaped PP-1 slides into a hydraulic disc brake caliper to pre-set the piston when replacing pads, aligning pads, and performing other service procedures. Makes hydraulic disc brake maintenance and repair faster and easier.

The Park Tool PP-1 slides between the brake pads inside a caliper allowing the user to spread the pads and compress the pistons when servicing pads or wheels. The PP-1 expands the gap between the pads, making it easy to insert the disk between the pads when re-installing a caliper or wheel. "Sure Grip" dual density handle provides a positive grip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Da avere nella cassetta dei ferri Attrezzo da avere assolutamente nella propria cassetta dei ferri. Ti risparmia fatica e ti semplifica la sostituzione delle pastiglie. 19 September 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Quality lacking for park tools, and this one only works on the juicy, doesn't work on the elixir. the tool is too wide to use on elixir series. Don't know about other brand brakes. I have only tried it on Juicy and Elixir. 12 July 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great tool, poor finish I was totally unimpressed with the state this tool was in considering the normal high quality of Park Tools. The blade of this tool was dented, pock marked and looked as if the work experience boy had finished it! 26 February 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by The manuals tell you to push the pads before exchanging them. Since I started to use this smart tool, changing pads on my Avid Juicy 7 is a no hassle. 10 April 2010
