Will definitely stop the biggest of falls from tearing up you elbow. They feel very strong and fit well and don't restrict blood flow if you get the correct size. But at £70 they are expensive for what they seem to be.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous A year of riding with this pad
I bought these pads at the begging of 2012 as they have been flawless they are a tight fit when I first put them on and not the most comfortable pads at first but after they have warmed up they become more flexible and a considerably better fit. I had problems getting the correct size of these for me as I found the size guide not very accurate. The POC logo on the out side of the pads looks really good but does wear off easily.
I will be looking into getting a set of the kneepads at some point in 2013, as I have found that the 661 Evo Knee Guards, which I got at the begging of 2012, have already stretched too much and slip out of position. Where as the POC pads have barely stretched at all if at all.

First off thanks to CRC for excellent service. I got these a few days ago (have been ordering and sending back numerous other makes over the past weeks). They are not cheap, which was putting me of buying them but having tried many others that weren't suitable I thought I would give them a chance. The fit is perfect for me. I must admit to wearing them around the house to try them out first and forgot I was wearing them they are that comfy. The stuff inside moulds to the shape of your arm when it gets warm from body heat. Protection is good too, the dough absorbs impacts by "hardening" on contact with mother earth or any other object. I don't often write reviews but felt I needed to for these. My advice, buy them and worry what the misses will say about you spending this kind of wonga later on, anyway you can always get some knee pads to match, that way you'll have some protection when you're on you knees asking for forgiveness for spending the rent money. Seriously though, these are well worth the money. Just do it. (if you're reading this love the next box to come from CRC will have the knee pads in).
