Answer:
Yes; this bike pod will take almost any 26" MTB or 700c Road frame; the DH V10 should be fine.

Answer:
A large 29er bike will fit into this pod OK. As long as you strip the bike down in the usual fashion for bike boxes/bags.

You will need to do the standard remove wheels, deflate tyres, remove handlebars from the stem and remove pedals.

Answer:
The frame and wheels should fit fine; the only issue I forsee would be with the Tri-bars; these would likely need removed from the fork and wrapped in foam/ towels before it will all fit inside this or any standard bag. Removing the bars probably takes away from the convenience of the bike bag slightly, but I'm not aware of any bags that will accept the frame with aero bars and extensions still fitted as standard.
