Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Addictive little gadget!
Gotta be honest, I was sceptical about the powereball, but intrigued. I had some vouchers, so decided to give it a punt. Having used it for a couple of weeks now, I have say I'm a convert - this is a great little item, both as a novelty & for fitness - it really pumps the fore-arm, and is great for hand co-ordination and finger strength. It's so powerful it can be hard to keep hold of it when you've got he RPM's up around the 10,000 mark; and it is excellent for control in your non-dominant hand. It's a bit tricky to get the hang of using this left-handed, and I can't (yet!) get nearly the RPM I can with the right (- no lewd jokes please!). I keep it at my desk as an office 'stress ball' and use it at least twice a day. I can really feel it giving me a good work out, and I'd recomend it to anyone for almost any sport (cycling/raquet sports/golf/archery/martial arts etc.). You won't regret buying one!
