These single locking grips are relatively slim and doesn't eat vibrations well, but they are light and high quality. I'm using them for few month now and I'm happy with them, but next time I'll buy a bit fattier ones, as I have rather large hands.

I'm using them on my 26" trials bike, and they feel really good!
If you tight bolt strong enough, there is no movement at all,
cos they slim, it gives better control on the bike too.
If u ride in heavy rain, or your bike falls into water...
Doesn't matter -still works :)

I bought these because i do ride with my hands right on the ends of the bars and thought they might be more comfortable. Unfortunately I found they are no good for the following reasons:
1. Because these grips have only one locking ring, the designers have attempted to reduce movement at the free end of the grip by increasing the thickness of the plastic core down the inside of the grip. This means there's less room for soft rubber on the outside, resulting in a very unforgiving and harsh grip.
2. The design features of point 1 don't really work and the grip still twists appreciably at the free end, even when just riding along normally - very annoying.
If you have serious problems hurting your hands on the outer locking rings of normal lock-on grips, you like very hard grips and don't mind grips that move a bit, these are for you. Otherwise - NOOOO!

thes grips are really good i got them on my xc bike and i never have grip problems. In mud rain sunn any weather thers still good grip. The only down side of them is that they get dark of slitage but i got mine in 2years now and ther still fresh.
