Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cheap - keep 'em moving The bearings are cheap, thank goodness, but don't last very long on my Scott Genius mountain bike. Top tip - it's the lower bearing that always gets shafted. Move the top to the bottom, add one new bearing to the top, save the other one for later. Repeat as necessary. 24 June 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hope they last... Bit of a mixed review here. 5 stars to CRC as always, for stocking essential spares and shipping them so quickly at a good price. 4 stars to Ritchey for making half decent parts and backing them up with spares. 2 stars to Marin for fitting an integrated headset on a bike that will go off-road. I didn't expect to have to replace the bearings after a year and a half... 29 November 2011

Answer:
If you have the headset you can simply remove the existing bearing and inspect the side of it for the bearing number/ dimension, but I'm sure it should be the 45x45 41.0mm bearing (sku233683). They are supplied as a pair, yes.

Answer:
Online research suggests that this frame runs on a 1 1/8" steerer. To be sure, simply measure the diameter of your fork steerer top and bottom which should equate to 28.57mm.
