Rated 5 out of 5 by SSvsIPA Great product, easy to mount & super comfy
Years of using rubber grips have proved wrong, at least in my case. I have these mounted on all my 3 bikes for a couple of years (all 29'ers: commuter, SS and a full susser) and won't look back. The foam is super comfortable during long rides, absorbs some of the vibrations, great grip even when wet, easy to mount. It is super light and fairly cheap, although I get to change a set every 6 months or so as they get shredded after bailing out on the bike. And if you somehow hit the handlebar edge you won't get a nasty dent in your knee, as I got from a grip ring a couple of years ago :-)

Used these in all conditions, stayed put and weigh nowt. Grip in the wet and cheap enough to change when worn. They seem to wear well so far and don't look tatty at all. The graphics are understated and faded when new so no issues there. Great grips and ritchey quality, ideal if you like a thin grip for XC and race. Think a more substantial grip would be needed for downhill and aggressive xc though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lincolnsydney My go-to grips for all of my mountain bikes
I've tried both of the WCS versions and prefer these ones. A others have said, these are so much better than lock on grips. A lot softer under hand and really hard wearing... until you have an accident, where they're fairly easy to tear. I race XC and long marathons and don't think about my grips at all. The way it should be. Combined with my minimal Troy Lee Design XC gloves, these are a good combination that let you maintain feel from the gloves and comfort from the grips.
Am keen to try some silicon grips to see if they're any better, but can't see how they would be.
Get them on with hairspray, remove them by inserting a thin screwdriver and spraying more in. Although, I've still torn them doing this.
Bar ends are useless, I just throw them away and reuse ones that fit my bars. Not ideal, but the plug design isn't very good.

Comfy grips which last a good while. Been using these things for years and would not use anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spin2Grin Durable foam comfort
These were my first pair of foamies which I put on my dual suspension mtb. These grips made an immediate difference to ride comfort, and my hands feel so much better after a hard mtb ride because of them. They really take the edge off compared to conventional grips, and being a bit more chunky it feels like there is more to hold on to on the rough stuff.
I've had these grips on my bike for close to 9 months now and they show very minimal signs of wear. I used methylated spirits to slide on this weight-conscious pair (without the lock-ons), and it was no trouble. They haven't moved since.
Not all foam grips are equal, but these are good ones. I had originally purchased a pair of different brand from my local shop and returned them when I got them out of the packet and found the foam to be too dense, hard and scratchy. These Ritchey grips have a really nice plush feel - high quality foam.
After buying these I'm now a foamie convert...they are light, cheap, durable and most importantly really save the hands.
