  • Maxle Lite: Who obsesses over the weight of their wheel axles? It’s ridiculous, right? It’s just a rod of metal bolting the wheels to your bike. But then again, Maxle Lite is a nifty thru axle system that makes your bike both lighter and stiffer. And less weight makes it easier to get your bike to do what you want. Especially when you don’t need to bring tools to remove it, front or rear. And that extra stiffness gives you the precision to hit your lines no matter how burly. So maybe that obsession isn’t so ridiculous after all.
  • Motion Control™: Imagine riding on the moon. Rolling hills, crushed rock blasted out of craters… craters. There’s no gravity so you wouldn’t even need a chairlift. Unfortunately you can’t ride on the moon. There’s lots of gnarly terrain on earth. But, earth has gravity so you’ll need suspension that climbs as well as it descends. With our Motion Control damper technology you’ll do just that.
  • Solo Air: Solo Air is like a Buddhist monk. Its enlightened design lets you add air to your forks through a single Schrader valve, filling both the positive and negative air spring chambers simultaneously. So they’re always in perfect equilibrium, like Yin and Yang. Giving you a plush, predictable ride you can set up in seconds, with the lightest weight air spring on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best i've ever had This fork in the 2013 model came on my bike stock. They are the most solid for i've ever rode (not literally). The compression settings on it 1-6 are ideal for what i ride. I ride slopestyle/dirt jumps, and on my way home will usually sesh the skatepark up. These forks are the perfect fork for that doing. Crank the knob and go for a rip. They look sexy and feel sexy. 10/10 21 July 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Last of the 26" straight steerer 20 mm axle forks If like me you have a frame with a 1 1/8" head tube and an assortment of 26" 20 mm hub wheels then your fork choice is becoming quite limited. However the Argyle fits the bill perfectly and what's more is incredibly adjustable all the way from DJ to trail centre. Out of the box the Argyle looks like an (original) Pike it's like going back in time but it's well made and everything fits together as expected. The 20 mm axle holds the wheel very securely although there is inevitably some backwards-and-forwards twanginess because of the straight steerer. The highlight though is the amount of adjustability - huge range of compression/rebound and of course air pressure means that it can be set up quite plush without blowing through the travel or quite stiff without being chattery. Damping is also very good it stands up well to out-of-the-saddle riding without needing a lockout. Weight is not too shabby for a fork like this coming in at a shade over 2kg with a 200 mm steerer and the orange colour is visible from space. 16 June 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great fork. My fork is a 2014 version with 140mm travel, looks very shiny in orange! It's way stiffer than RS Sektor, and a little bit heavier though. Works wery nice, can be tuned from plush to a very stiff damping mode. Compression adjuster has 6 certain clicks and every click makes difference. Bolted it on my slope bike, really happy with this fork. 04 April 2014
