Technologies:

  • Dual Flow: Suspension shouldn’t pack up in rock gardens or buck after big drops. That’s why Dual Flow incorporates independent damping circuits, allowing separate rebound speeds for big hits and small ones. A user-adjustable knob controls the beginning-stroke (small-hit) rebound, and a factory-set ending-stroke (big-hit) rebound creates the perfect suspension for whatever the trail (or park) throws your way. Now tuning your suspension for your unique needs is as easy as a clockwise or counterclockwise turn. In the RockShox world this is clicking toward the turtle or the “jackalope.” Featured in: Totem, Lyrik, SID, Reba, Revelation, Monarch.
  • Motion Control DNA: Who doesn’t want more? As a mountain biker, more might mean more rocks, roots, and descents. More also could mean switchbacks, single tracks and steep ascents. The various configurations of Mission Control DNA were designed for those who want more out of their ride, and need more out of their suspension.
  • Power Bulge: When you need your forearms to be stronger for more control, you bulk them up in the gym. When you need more durability from your fork, bulk them up with our Power Bulge. Other companies just increase the stanchion size adding extra weight. Power Bulge simply reinforces the lower leg to allow for an oversized bushing, increasing stiffness and maximizing your ride.
  • Solo Air: Solo Air is like a Buddhist monk. Its enlightened design lets you add air to your forks through a single Schrader valve, filling both the positive and negative air spring chambers simultaneously. So they’re always in perfect equilibrium, like Yin and Yang. Giving you a plush, predictable ride you can set up in seconds, with the lightest weight air spring on the market.

Xloc Sprint is a single lockout remote to operate the fork, while Full Sprint is a dual remote, operating both the rear shock and front fork at the same time.

I think the present fork a fox has tapered 1 1/2"- 1 1/8", but I'm not shure. Could you conform this? The fork is a Fox Evolution Series 32 Float 29 RL year 2012.

Best regards
Anders

Answer:
Not being a Trek dealer I am unable to double check this for you. The simplest way to confirm the steerer spec on your fork is to remove it from the frame and measure its diameter at the lower and upper points. If you're not sure, your local bike shop will be able to identify it for you.

I need to know because I intend to use the fork without it being connected to the rear shock initially. I plan to buy the Monarch XX shock at a later date to replace my current shock.

Answer:
Yes this is fine; the Full sprint comes with a blanking bolt as standard, so can be used just for the fork until you get round to fitting the relevant shock and connecting it up.

The 'Full Sprint' system is designed to link the Monarch XX rear shock with the Revelation or SID forks.

This is a model that we do not currently stock.

Answer:
Due to the X-Caliber (2014) having a 44mm Semi Integrated headset, effectively either a 1 1/8" or a Tapered steerer fork can be used.

Travel is recommended at 100mm but pushing it to 120mm could be an option but would effect the geometry of the frame.
