I purchased these as I have heaps of padded gloves, which I use by themselves and with liners and still get very cold hands in wet, cold conditions when used over two hours duration.
Some have waterproof liners and some don't, however I like the neoprene gloves as they keep my hands warm between 0 and 16 degrees in the dry and the wet. They take a while to warm the fingers if you start with cold hands, however I put my hands under hot water for a while before riding and it seems to work fine.
Downsides to these gloves are the stitching wears and breaks, (although the glued join didn't pull apart,) which seems extremely common on most brands of neoprene gloves and the textured surface on the palm side may make that side hard wearing, however it also makes it very slippery!!
Trying to grab a drink bottle and hold it is a real art form, plus when I leaned up against a smooth pole to support myself, my hand slipped and I almost fell over, so a remedy had to be found.
I spread Sikaflex 221 over the inside ends of the fingers and along the most used seams and this seems to work very well. You could try Silastic or another silicon sealer, however I find 221 lasts extremely well, although it is messy to deal with.
The thin nature of the glove allowed up and down changes without hitting both up and down levers at the same time. Not bulky

Top product with typical small Italian sizing. I'm a XXL, don't think so! Solid looking stiching. Hands start sweating in it after one minute then the body heats it up inside the neoprene. This is not a breathable product remember, but much better I find than anything I've used previously with liners that get sodden so quickly
