Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Quality, Great Price The Santini brand is great quality, even when compared to other Italian cycling kit. I am 5'10" and the large jersey and bib nicks fit perfectly. Also very comfortable on a long 3 - 4 hour ride 13 December 2013

Answer:
Yes, with any Italian make jersey or bib shorts you will tend to have to go a size up from what you are used to as they can be tight fitting. If you prefer to wear your jersey or bib shorts slightly loose you may even have to go two sizes up.
