Rated 5 out of 5 by wolfinthewind quailty at budget prices
first when i recieved the parcel with the tyres in , ithought well thats not goner work . then i released the cable tie and rafts of selotape and out of the tiny box sprang forth my prefectly serviceable tryes.
these are a cheap set of tyres that offer prefectly good grip and pretty low rolling resistance and to my mind they of a exremely good compremize. when they do breakaway the extra grip on the shoulder of the tyre ,make these a progresive loss of grip / traction and not a sudden loss of control .
after getting six punctures last weekend on my old tyres , the kevlar liner on these tyres keeps the thorns at bay !
if grip is all your after then pay more, but if you ride the roads to your trail then these will offer the reduced rolling resistance with the winter/wet grip level you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Slava77 очень хороший выбор

Rated 3 out of 5 by Skyler34 OK I Suppose
Bought these as I wanted some Dirt track tires, they do roll pretty well, on the front they feel quite good but as a rear I wasn't over keen, feels loose on gravel tracks and on pavements they feel like they are going to give. Hard dirt, roads and Tarmac tracks they feel fine and roll OK but very couscous in wet weather. they are a cheap Tyre and you get what you pay for on this account. Pay the extra and get either the Hans Dampf or the Racing Ralph.
it says Would you recommend this product to a friend? Said Yes but only as a budget Tyre if short on cash.
Great Combo which I will be using : Hans Dampf - Trailstar on the Rear and Rapid Rob on the front.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Matt Decent tyres, not fantastic
Replaced my Maxxis Aspen with these tyres, first impression it has more grip when making sharp corners on tarmac and most dry surfaces. This is probably due to the wider tyre width as compared to the Aspen. On trails, it is pretty decent as well and quite grippy. The downside is that the tyres has almost no grip on wet surfaces, skidded a few times even on light braking and going on a straight path. Overall I would say these tyres are pretty decent for the price and performance. Good for XC riding, road surfaces and light trails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by gingertim93 Best tyres available for this price!
I recently purchased a Diamondback Peak HD which came fitted with these tyres and was blown away after finding out they were so cheap! Ignore the 'beginner' label in the description, these beauties can roll with the best of them.
I have used these in a variety of different situations, from road riding, to XC to freeride and even some downhill, and they performed brilliantly in all of them. Granted you would receive better results from tyres that were specifically designed for those areas, but for an all rounded the Rapid Rob hits the jackpot.
Favourite all round tyre by a long shot!

Rated 4 out of 5 by M918 Very good!
My CUBE came with these tyres and they were great. They gripped well in muddy conditions and were also "rapid" in the dry. They lasted about a year with regular riding (2-3 rides a week). Most other Schwalbe tyres are expensive and I assumed these would be £40-£50 each, so I'm VERY surprised to find them for £13.99 - great value! (Although I expect they're probably heavier than the more expensive tyres)

Easy to fit, look good and they perform up to standard.
Outlasts the factory fitted Continental tyre which punctured within a few rides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous A great Tyre
These tyres don't deserve the "rookie" label, I bought a pair for training as they're a fraction of the price of Racing Ralphs, and they're really quick, ok not as quick as race tyres but pleanty fast enough for your favourite trails or day rides, pleanty of air volume make for a comfy ride, and steering feels very conected, they're a bit dodgy on damp roots and slimy rocks but they handle the wet quite well, so I'll be sticking with these for the rest of the Summer.
