Rated 4 out of 5 by Good recovery drink awfull taste Tried the berry flavour to start with and mixing it with water only is not a pleasent experience at all so I now add 50% milk and it is more palatable even if absorption is supposedly slower.Drink does seem to work well as aches and pains are a thing of the past.Good luck Mickg. 12 April 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Berry Flavour is Disgusting Whilst having used both the normal Rego in Strawberry and Chocolate and finding it tasty, I saw a satchet of the Rego Rapid Berry and thought why not give that a try. Glad I didn't buy a whole tub. Just played a hard game of football and as I'm on the way back to fitness after a long period out with injury, need all the recovery help I can get. Opened the packet and poured out a powder with a sort of green tinge to it. Double checked the flavour as I thought it odd but mixed anyway and the water went black so didn't look too palatable in the first place. One sip and that was enough, it tasted revolting, no hint of berry , more like medicine. The satchet was in date so don't think it was that. If this is what it really tastes like, I'd avoid it at all costs and stick to the normal stuff which I can say tastes much better and still works. 12 November 2009
